I'm Jackie Kutia (nee Moses), your Events & Community Manager at Whāriki. Born and raised in Tāmaki Makaurau, Auckland, I hail from the beautiful township of Rawene in the Far North.

With over a decade of experience in the events industry, I have discovered my true passion lies in fostering meaningful connections and orchestrating memorable celebrations. What attracted me to Whāriki was our shared vision: to uplift and support Māori business owners and professionals. This resonates deeply with my personal values of empowering our people through impactful and purposeful events.

Outside my professional endeavours, I co-manage Tekotiri Limited, a Māori pakihi, alongside my husband Caleb. When I'm not fully engaged in mahi, I take pleasure in cherishing moments with my husband and our wider whānau.
