Ringa Atawhai Mātauranga (RAM) has its roots firmly entrenched in population health and health promotion. The company is Te Tai Tokerau’s only Kauapa Māori NZQA registered and accredited Private Training Establishment (PTE) in the health tertiary education space. Our focus revolves around training the unregulated Māori health and disability workforce. In the last 2 years our company has expanded and is now a bona-fide, Māori health provider, funded by Te Aka Whaiora and ACC, to provide Rongoā Māori services and Kaupapa Māori ACC Navigation services throughout Te Tai Tokerau.
