Re-Up Recovery

Re-Up Recovery is a Health and Wellness recovery studio. Our aim is to provide specialised sports recovery services to athletes and people of all ages and ability. We understand the importance of proper recovery in enhancing performance, injury prevention and optimal health and well being. We use recovery techniques and products such as Infrared Sauna's, Ice Bath's, Normatec Air Compression Boots and Massage Therapy equipment to enhance recovery for users.
