JNP Aviation Training is a Private Training Establishment (PTE) based at the Tauranga Airport, providing innovative and practical education designed to provide a viable pathway for all those ramp agents across New Zealand. Existing staff and new learners can gain industry-specific skills and valuable soft skills, to improve employment prospects within the aviation field. CEO Josh Payne has seen many of his staff pathway into other aviation roles from ‘rampie’ to ramp manager, to team leader – even to flight attendant and pilot.
