Welcoming You to Our Digital Whare: The Launch of Whāriki Te Tai Tokerau’s New Website

Tēnā koutou katoa, dear readers and members of our Whāriki Te Tai Tokerau community! We're thrilled to announce the launch of our newly designed website, a significant milestone in our journey to support Māori businesses in Northland.

In collaboration with Callaghan Innovation, we have invested time and thought into creating an engaging, informative, and user-friendly digital platform. Our goal? To provide a digital whare that welcomes all, facilitating connections, sharing knowledge, and amplifying the voices of Māori businesses in Northland and across Aotearoa.

Navigating our New Website

The new website design echoes our core values: accessibility, community, innovation, and sustainability. It's simple to navigate, whether you're looking for upcoming events, seeking business support, or wanting to connect with other Māori businesses.

In the spirit of innovation and providing targeted support, we've integrated features that allow you to personalise your experience. You can now access resources tailored to your business stage, sector, and needs in te hapori o Whāriki, our digital community hub.

Showcasing Māori Businesses

One of our favourite aspects of the new website is the Māori Business Directory. This section is designed to spotlight the remarkable Māori businesses that make up our network. It provides a platform for businesses to share their stories, showcase their offerings, and form valuable connections.

Keeping You Informed

Knowledge is power, and we want to equip Māori businesses with the information they need to thrive. Our blog and resources section offers insights, news, and tips on various aspects of business, from innovation to financial management.

Looking Ahead

We see this new website as more than just a digital space. It's a representation of our commitment to the Māori business community in Northland. This launch is a significant step, but we recognise that our digital journey will continue to evolve, just as the needs and aspirations of our community do.

We invite you to explore our new website, engage with its features, and provide your feedback. Your insights will help shape the evolution of this platform, ensuring it continues to be a valuable tool for our community.

He waka eke noa – we're all in this together. We look forward to journeying alongside you, through this website and beyond. Nau mai, haere mai ki te pae tukutuku ā Whāriki Te Tai Tokerau.
